About Me and My Creative Journey
Danielle Marshay Lee is an actress, writer, producer, and self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie from Cleveland, OH. As an actress, she recently starred in the comedy feature film Workout Partners, co-starred in an episode of the sitcom Partners in Rhyme, and co-starred in a couple of episodes of the web series Am I the Crazy Girlfriend.
As a filmmaker, Danielle produced the short films MANY THOUSANDS LOST and CROWN ME. She also co-wrote the feature film script, 12: The Tamir Rice Story, which was a 2020 Final Draft Big Break Contest quarter-finalist. Lastly, Danielle wrote the proof of concept short film and feature film script, "Peace for Justice", which tackles topics like the blue wall of silence and new forms of activism through the film and a multi-media impact campaign. Currently, the Peace for Justice short film script has placed Top 5 in the Shore Scripts Short Film Fund Competition.
